• Welding talents selected from top-performing Giatmara graduates are absorbed to GASB’s training center for further skill-enhancement training before being sent to the WQT test by interested potential clients.
• Employee benefits including accomodation, welfare, transportation, salary and welders’ insurance are fully-covered by GASB.
• GASB also undertakes the full scope of marketing management for projects and clients’ tender to station the assigned welders.
• In addition, GASB’s Operation Management monitors the complete cycle of bringing welders into the clients’ companies: before, during and after the absorbing process.

SALARY

• Transportation provided for the welders from their accommodation to their respective work place.

• Each welder will be given a monthly medical entitlement by GASB.
• Group insurance will be provided by a licensed and reputable insurance company.
